Very nice composition.
I'd suggest trying to put the focus on the eye of the bird, and increasing your depth of field.

About the middle third of the bird is sharp. Head is totally blurry. Looks like a spot focus issue. When shooting wildlife stills, always focus on the eye.

Many area. Many are beautiful. This one is out of focus. Look at the eyes.

I'm no expert so takr with grain of salt. The. Losest area of the bird appear better in focus as does the grass blades. Looks like the camera / lenses is front focusing. What was the shutter speed and f stop. As stated by another try for more depth of field. Might want to increase SS to eliminate any motion ( camers shake or subject movement) keep at it.

Tufted Titmice are very quick little birds! I believe you have mostly motion blur here. Try a faster shutter speed and take a burst of shots. Pick the sharpest one.
