According to the rules of UHH, as I understand them, yes. If you don't want to play by the rules, go away.

Dress warm, get up early and plan on staying there for a while.

This is in West Yellowstone at the discovery center at the west gate. Canon 400mm. If you want to discuss shooting them in Lamar Valley or Hayden, you'll need a very long lens because they're shy. It's a lot like fishing. You need tons of patience and quite a bit of luck.
There are some folks who follow the pack's radio collars. If you hook up or know the right people you can hike with them. Still, they usually don't get very close. We were lucky enough to have a lone wolf circle behind us once and I got a few shots of him. Still, nothing to put on a calendar. Good luck.

I'm glad your still here. I don't care where they were shot, the pictures, especially the pair's expressions, were wonderful. Thanks again for sharing with UHH.

Thanks for the reply, I wasn't familiar with the discovery center. I'll keep it in mind for future trips. Took several fishing trips into the Park in the last decade and was lucky enough to see wolves every time near the north end of Hayden Valley. One time was thru a large spotting scope but all other times they were apparent with the naked eye. Here are a couple of quick, shoot from the hip, hand held, lucky shots that we got one foggy morning but never had the opportunity to get shots as great as yours. What a great place and thanks again for the pix.
