Very well done. Reminds me of my early days too when coal furnaces with "stokers" were commonplace in the homes. Filling the stoker and carrying out the cinders was part of daily chores for young fellows like me. Our school track was cinder packed and if you fell while running you'd be pulling ciders out of your hide for days. We also had a hand-fired coal furnace that burned "lump coal" that the truck would dump in a pile in the yard and I would have to carry in and feed the fire.
Today's kids are missing all the fun we had in those "good ol' days".
