Raccoons are a favorite critter of mine. Those faces just capture your heart. And the way they move about is fascinating to watch. I do realize they can be a real pest for some but they are still adorable critters.

According to my local animal control officer, Racoons are nocturnal and if you see one during daylight hours it is very likely rabid! Take care.

Great shots. #3 is favorite. Hopefully he doesn't have rabies. They are notorious for that in my area. He looks young.
