Alas, I feel guilty if I do not do my diary list. I do have the fans and lights to do today. I redid the pantry yesterday which was today's chore. I used the step to reach the top shelf and did not want to have to use it for another chore. Sometimes it makes me dizzy if I go up and down too much.

I managed to get my ceiling fans dusted yesterday. One task out of the way. xxxooo

Good morning from a chilly (for us here in AZ) 45F and just becoming daylight Aguila area. No plans for the day today. Mr Ric is heading into Phoenix to pick up the truck part he left at the repair shop, so I'll be on my own most of the day. Will get on with some knitting and enjoy the quiet time. I hope you all are having a good day/afternoon/evening. xxxooo

Good morning from Port Hope Ontario Canada. It is 10:21 am EDT and 17'C (64'F) going up to 22'C (72'F). It's overcast and rained overnight.
Mum had me taking down the awning over the back door, packing away some of the yard furniture and moving stuff. I asked her why she always has me do this on my vacation. She says she can't ask me while I'm working. I'm working from home. I can take 15 minutes away to move and pack stuff. The awning only took 15 minutes to take down, and another 15 to put away in the basement. I did get to knit at the beach. 4 ladies from the Knitting in the Parking lot group emailed that they would be there and I joined them.
Our new covid number is 458 with 2 deaths. Positivity is 1.9% Two schools have been closed to in-person learning in Toronto and 107 school age children have tested positive for COVID. The 13-18 year olds only have 33% vaccination rate. There are 11 new cases in this area ! and 4 in my brother's area. Our positivity rate is 0.61%
This province vaccinated 5K people yesterday.
My uncle is just out of hospital for a hernia operation. My aunt and her daughter are just back from visiting family up north. They have an odd relationship.
We're waiting for Canadian born William Shatner (Captain Kirk) to blast off into space for real. The launch has been delayed by wind, but we can see him and the other passengers inside the windows of the Blue Origin rocketship.

I wouldn't trust that tape with anything over a few grams, either June; but we did find some curtain hooks that had the double sided tape on them, and they lasted quite a while, but they did eventually fall from the wall; so we did eventually have to use the hooks that were screwed onto the wall for our curtains! xoxoxo

I have some sconces on my wall that have a glue pad under them. They are put on with a hot gun to melt the glue, then the sconce was put on and held until the glue firmed up again. Supposedly, I can use the same glue gun to heat the glue again to make the glue come off. Haven't tried that part.

Good morning from a cool and dark TN.

Iโ€™m getting the garbage bins out front for pick up and then weโ€™re off to PT. Iโ€™m very disappointed that the new garbage company hired by our village doesnโ€™t do recycling. I still keep separate bins for glass, paper and cardboard to go to a nearby center. The aluminum cans go to another place where we get credit to use for our community garden.

This company will only have the contract for a few years. The next company may be better.
At least that is how it works up here.

I don't have a doorbell, but I really don't need one, as we either hear when people step onto our verandah, or Mint is barking & growling loudly enough to wake the dead! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‰ xoxoxo

We used to have kitties running for the basement, but I swear the girls are the most laid-back kitties in the world.

For all my procrastinating about it, it only took about 10 minutes (at the most!). xxxooo

We are experiencing gale force winds forecast, for the next few days; with a significant amount of rain ...... it is also as if we are going back to Winter already; but we haven't really had much of a Spring season yet, and we are halfway to the beginning of Summer; so perhaps (๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™„) we will get a reasonably mild Summer season, and not roast for the Summer months!

Have a good day everybody! xoxoxo

There arenโ€™t many different companies. Our current company bought out the previous one which did recycling.

Well that was the fastest space flight ever. 10 minutes. I don't think he got his money's worth.
