Just got my Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. I doubt if I'm at 5G since I used the Sim card from the old phone. I really like the cameras and the phone. So far my only criticism is that it large and I have smallish hands.
This was taken at F1.8/6.7mm, ISO 250, 1/60s.
This is my practice model...she is kind of stoic but cooperates.
Pretty impressive performance.
The phone did a good job.
Looks like it did a good job. I would like to see more sampling of your images, Landscapes, low light etc.

Only on the wide angle camera - it has the smallest sensor and the most MP. Not sure if that is good or bad.... It will be interesting to see more images from this phone - I especially look forward to seeing how the wide-angle camera works. This may be too much - cumbersome and slow for transferring and manipulating images of that size!

WOW! Those images would take up alot of precious storage space on your phone! Looking forward to seeing more of your posts with your phone.

The images can be processed in the phone. I can also move them to the computer via wireless blue tooth or cable using a program called DeX. My computer does not have blue tooth so I use a cable...the transfer is almost instant.
Also there is a 100X zoom but the image quality deteriorates quickly beyond 30X but the best quality is 10X and below.
As soon as the weather breaks I'll try some out door shots.
A side note: Don't buy from your phone a carrier since some lock you in...so if you want to switch carriers you'll need a whole new phone. Buy an unlocked version...you can move from carrier to carrier if you want by just changing the SIM card.

Great idea to use her for practice. Wish my grandkids would cooperate like that!
Now, being a woman and having been a very picky dressmaker for many years, I have just one little comment:
Before you use her again for a model, make sure all the hairs from her face are gone.
In this sample, the one across the bridge of her nose.
I know I am being picky, but one of these days you may be using live models and then you really have to watch out for these little things...
Otherwise: Well done!

Glad you noticed the hair...not all phones will allow that...did you notice the shallow DOF?
I am not trying to create fine images...just quick and dirty S.O.O.phone hand held test images to get an idea of how the phone camera works. If I was after serious images my A9II or A7R4 and C1 would be more appropriate.
Here is a Q&D hand held image with the 108mp camera...download and zoom in to get an idea of how far in is still acceptable to you. No processing applied other than computational stuff the phone does, or not.
