The reason I was asking was I bought the (same) lid at an antique shop, but it was only the lid.
Now I know what the lid was for!

Harry, my Bolsey B2, which I've had since the middle 1950s also has a carrying case of nice light leather. I do have a Leica II C with an uncoated 3.5 elmar lens, a 35mm film holder and an imaret view finder. And I have the copying attachment with several extension tubes. And for kicks, I don't know why, but I have the 11th and 15th editions of the Leica Manual and several bound copies of the Leica magazine.
