I have been asked just how many cameras do I have in my collection. Following is a small selection.

I’m not competing with your camera collection Harry, here is some of my favorite cameras.
That I have used in the past and some I have not. My favorite digital camera was a Nikon camera on the top of a Kodak pack digital 5 lbs commercial camera I had used back at the middle of 80s ( I have posted a more detailed info about this camera I had on a professional level) older cameras are history that we look at them and think where we started and where we are now, just like our life when we were young and how we look now at age 83. Those cameras are a blessing for us that like to look our growing family and everything we have enjoyed in life. Thank you Harry for posting one post I have enjoyed very much reading.

I collect cameras too, but I do not confuse camera collecting with photography. Those who do not like collecting cameras are OK with me - they provide more cameras for me to collect. I don’t understand why some can be critical of camera collectors, especially when the cameras are no longer usable. I enjoy repairing them if possible and even running film through them if the format is still available. Then, after tinkering with a beautiful old camera, I pick up my rather new DSLR and do some photography.

I've got about 25 'folding' cameras. I had a customer that had 4 BIG reconnaissance cameras from WWII, could not convince them that I would be a worthy recipient of one of them. <sigh>

my Nikon cameras are all in perfect conditions some time i have taken one of them to use for B&W photos , one of the big problem that normally we have is the finding of batteries mainly for Nikon Photomic and for data back

People collect many different things, Harry collects instruments that providing us with historical events and records. My father-in-law was a photographer with the US army at age 22, while he was in a mission some where in India on May 23 1945 riding in a Jeep they hit a mine and he barely survived. His camera gave his group of soldiers some valuable information and today his great-great grandchildren can look at historical photos his camera has provided us. Harry has a very interested collection of cameras, look at the boxes with the holes, how long it has taken someone to produce an image than, and next look at today’s cameras, it only takes the ability to use our common sense and not moronic posts. Great camera collection Harry.

I have a collection of camera. I not into have a lot of cameras. Cameras have to work, not working don't want it. All my cameras are now 35mm. Had some 120mm film cameras sold them off, did not care for 120mm camera. Less dependent a camera is on batteries the more I like it. Take pictures in winter and have the batteries go dead, bad news. Today I found a Minolta SR-1s with a Minolta Rokkor -PF 1:2.8 135mm lens. I known some of you will say that the camera is junk, I could care less. This is the kind of camera I like. I have Retina's cameras that work like the Minolta SR-1s. That go for a Yashica Lynx14E, Braun Paxette Super IIL and a Zeiss Conressa I have.
Gianfrnco47 you got my attention with you pictures of the Nikon's cameras.
