Thank you, there were several shots where the camera missed the focus, operator error🤣. But I was happy to have captured quite a few keepers.

I wasn’t sure how’d I feel, but after our first few encounters, I was very comfortable around the bears. There was one time a bear walked within 15 feet from where we were sitting. For a moment I was a little nervous. Our guide was awesome and prepped us on how to react if needed.

Thank you. I didn’t mention we had booked our trip for late June. We arrived in Homer the day before our trip only to be canceled due to weather not being safe enough for the float plane to land. We re-booked for the end of July. The night before our trip, we had to evacuate our room due to an earthquake triggering a Tsunami warning. I was beginning to think it wasn’t meant to be. But, thankfully everything worked out and the weather was perfect.
