Agree - the only one where I got a bit of eye glint. Thanks for looking and commenting!
Nice quixdraw, I haven't seen a fox in years.

Thanks! I see them on rare occasions but usually to far and too briefly to get a photo. This Neighborhood Fox isn't particularly shy.
Thanks for looking & for the thumbs!
Nice catch, goes to show how kicking back and enjoying a cold one is so worth it!
Good reflexes and set, QD. And after an IPA.

Thanks! Let's just say, I'm accustomed to IPA and its effects, or maybe inured is a better word choice!
Really well done .... I like them all.
Nice fox! We're in Jackson Hole and not five minutes after landing in our present digs, my wife pointed out a beautiful silver fox with a magnificent bushy tail out our back window. I looked while I sat and watched and waited. However as soon as the thought crossed my mind to grab my camera, the little critter read my mind and high-tailed it. I was lamenting my lost opportunity while unpacking and my wife hollered again and I looked up in time to see a very large bull moose--all black--ambling within 15 feet of our back patio. I grabbed my camera and went out just in time to catch a few shoots from the south of a north bound moose with my 18-400mm Tamron lens at 400mm. Again, I was lamenting the fact that I was not sitting outside the back door when the moose first came around the corner. Today, I read about a gentleman who was injured by a moose (it's mating season) in my very neighborhood. Maybe it's better that I was unpacking rather than taking my ease on the patio.

Thanks very much! When I travel, I have a camera in my hand. At home there are always a couple deployed on my desk to grab and go. As a practice I do not go close to wild animals. Often what you get is a combination of staying alert with gear handy, and a bit of luck. I just forget the ones I miss and look forward to whatever opportunity comes next!
