I don’t know—I am asking those that insist he is a puppet. To allege that Biden is a puppet, one must have an idea who is the puppet master—or the allegation is just more drivel.

Excellent question. I don't think we will know until the midterms, that's when the Democrats will loose the House and they will make Biden the fall guy for their failures. Then someone new will emerge.
