This is a shot of our foot bridge that crosses the Missouri River connecting Iowa and Nebraska. It is reported to be the only footbridge to connect two states over a river. Council Bluffs, IA and Omaha NE enjoy the 'connection'. Used a simple Canon SD890 on Auto.

Nice photo of the bridge. I've tried several times but have nothing I'm happy with yet.

The fact it is the only bridge to connect two states is very interesting. Here in Jeffersonville, IN we are refurbishing the "Big 4 Railroad Bridge" to be a foot bridge. It will connect Jeffersonville with Louisville, KY. So I guess it will become the second footbridge to connect two states.

Thanks all. Some day we'll have more 'activities' or things of interest on the Iowa end of the bridge. Not much right now but we're hopeful.
