The entire video all Joe talks about is Trump's inadequate response to the pandemic...that is what he is promising to end...inadequate responses.

That looks like plain English to me. Biden clearly stated (stupidly) that he was going to shut down the virus. It was a dumb remark for any politician to say, but whoever said that Biden doesn't say dumb things?

He also enjoined multiple businesses to start making masks, ventilators, and other PPE devices. Creating several brand-new vaccines in record time for the worst pandemic in 50 years that had nearly the entire world panicking and locking-down and crawling up into the fetal position, and you have the nerve to say "That's all?" Please tell me what other country or leader in world history has done that, or has even remotely come close.
As far as asking what I think Trump did that was wrong. I could tell you plenty. Off the top of my head - He spent way too much money, he negotiated to get out of Afghanistan, he did nothing about the border wall for the first two years in office, he instituted needless and harmful tariffs across the world, especially with totally friendly countries like Canada and Europe, he engaged in useless bickering with unimportant people. The Federal Government was injecting more than one-million vaccines per day as soon as Pfizer sent the first shipments out. It was not sitting in some warehouse being unused. I'm guessing that you were not following any of this when it was happening.

That's only because the first doses of vaccine became available about one week before Christmas when Trump only had one month before he had to leave office. Biden has had eight months to distribute. By the time Trump left office on January 20th, more than 14 million people had been vaccinated with their first shot.
