Mark: Lovely girls, especially your granddaughter. The shot reminds me of when my daughters were in school - granddaughters (5) not old enough to go to college.
Rowan University has come a long way from when it was Glassboro State, basically a college for teachers. A number of my friends who were successful, now-retired educators went there and loved it. Henry (Hank) Rowan and his wife gifted the school $100 million in 1992. Hank was an engineer and he wanted to have an engineering school in South Jersey. I was the insurance broker for his company, Inductotherm, for a number of years. He was brilliant, a bit of a grump, and didn't tolerate fools - woe be unto you if you tried to BS him. I enjoyed working with him.
The school is broad-based and is really developing a great reputation. My nephew just graduated a year ago from Rowan and is now studying for a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering at Penn State. Rowan's gift changed a small, but good college into a quality University.

Thanks for all the background!! I have a cousin who taught photography courses there. I taught for 39 years in NJ. Loved it!!

Not that it matters, but I have alway wondered with notations like “ far right bottom row” the viewer right the left side of the image ( young woman in black and white ) , or the one on the right side as they pose ( and young woman in blue and blue) , bottom row front row I get.
By the way I always look for your posts, you always have entertaining posts and links to wonderful recommendations.
