I have had lots of opportunities this spring and summer to capture photos of the anoles that inhabit my yard. Two of them seemed to enjoy the attention and to pose for the camera.

Wonderful images. I am constantly amazed at the quality of images on the gallery section ,the wildlife images particularly.

The little blue tails around here don't sit still long enough to get a good shot of them.

Thank you. During the spring mating season, he (I assume he is a male) spent everyday going up and down the shepard's hook outside of my office window. He got used to me pointing a camera at him. Now I never know where he is going to pop up.

Most of the ones around here run for cover also. For some unknown reason these two are not afraid and actually seem to enjoy my company.
