Yes it was Philly, but unfortunately this story is played out in many big cities. From what I can ascertain, most are Democrat controlled cities.

I hope they do vote! They need to vote! They have the same right to vote as you do, and likely have more at stake in having elected representatives understand their needs than most anyone here.

By all appearances, they are demanding a progressive agenda that promotes an unworkable welfare-system, reduced civil-responsibility by promoting more lax law-enforcement; and handouts and other embellishments that will likely bankrupt the coffers of the cities, reduce the effective tax-bases and revenue streams, and ultimately cause a downfall of civil government.
This will lead to anarchy, lawlessness, and even higher crime and homicide-rates.
Those that can depart (flee) will be the lucky or intelligent ones!
