I've think that phone support from any company is gone. The problem is that the cost of skilled technicians to be on demand far exceeds any revenue from aggressively priced consumer software.

I find searching the web for such numbers is much easier than finding on any website. Certainly true for Amazon.
I find that emails and other support dropped for many companies since Covid.

I have always received a reasonably prompt response from Topaz support after emailing them at help@topazlabs.com as recently as August 5.

The co. you bought topaz from has a phone number on your CC bill usually.
