I have a 2020 iMac with 2tb of operating and memory. The download showed up each time (6), but when I clicked to put it on the hard drive I received a message that the download was not complete. The circle icon never filled up. After communicating and getting downloads that did not work, my last attempt informed me that my time was up. It is not your fault. Any perusal of Mashable shows very low ratings, particularly as to customer assistance. I should have known better.
UTMike, I also have a 2020 Mac and the DAT program works on it. The "Redemption link” buttion directed me to download an .exe file which is a windows only file, I.e it won’t work on a Mac. After rooting around on the MediaChance site, I was able to find
https://mediachance.com/dap/mac.html <
https://mediachance.com/dap/mac.html> and download a .dmg file for the Mac for the Dynamic AutoPainter program which works on a 64 bit Mac running Big Sur. Unfortunately as far as I can tell, the Reactor program only runs on a 32 bit operating system and Apple Big Sur doesn’t support 32 bit software any longer.
So I’ve sent an inquire to MediaChance, the software developer asking if Reactor is available for the Big Sur operating system.
The DAP program is so good that I’m OK paying the$29 for it alone if it turns out that the Reactor won’t work on the 64 bit Mac operating system.
I watched a tutorial video of Reactor and although it appears to be quite good and super flexible, it requires a whole different mind set to use. For post processing I’m very satisfied with Luminar AI, Aurora 2019 and Photoshop Elements 2020. I don’t need to learn a totally new concept for editing.
Before discovering how to access the Mac version, I sent an inquiry to Mashable Shop and they got back to me in less than an hour. Before they got back to me I’d figured out how to access the Mac version. They tried to be helpful, but I don’t think they knew how to access the Mac version or that Reactor was not compatible with 64 bit Macs.
Tried last nite, thought it was done as they said they were generating my codes. This AM, after seeing an empty "orders" catagory, went through the process again...hmmmmm...*now* apparently I'm in the wrong state! Haha...can't get it. Ah, such is "shopping"...

You might want to scroll up and read my post above yours. Paypal, in theory, matches your statement but they have some idiots working there making decisions about claims who don't have a sense of traditional redress in cases of fraud and scams, and "once we make our decision it is final and there is no appeal."
Yes, I had to try a few times to get a refund on a renewal that I had canceled. After several tries and proof of my cancelation as a dated email, my money was refunded. Perhaps service is not as good since Elon Musk sold Paypal.

With mine the copy/save link and the numbers came on one page. I copied, saved, opened, and with Paul's alert got my programs activated pasting on the program page where it asked for my numbers.
