quick trip to the pond this morning.
Lunch break and there's plenty of time to go fishing! That spot in the sky to your left is the lure.
"Let me see if I can land it in my pickup"

Do they taste as good, when they are that big? I know that a lot of the gulf fish have big blood lines in them, which makes for very strong flavor, that is not desirable.

I know what you mean Rach, I dont like Grouper anymore, cause I don't like em as big as they have to be in order to keep them anymore. And I may be wrong, but I don't think that applies to some of these "cold water" fish. But I could be wrong.
My daughter in Panama with her first sail.
Two daughters and my wife caught these guys all day long. At one time we had 3 on at once.
Couldn't get those puppies on a stringer though.
Good times.
:D

Your right, at least that is the way it here, smaller better tasting.
Yea ftpecktim, her arms were killing her. On her second one she wanted to give up. She was afraid she'd lose the pole as her arms were just giving out.
I told her she can't quit, it's against some fishing law, HA.
Here is Mamas catch. It kicked her butt also but she brought it home.
