I consider dragonflies to be the greatest flying machines in the world. I really enjoy watching the fantastic maneuvers they are capable of.

Another view of the same Dragonfly. Taken today with a $20.00 Minolta 80-200mm xi. Not quite as good as the Sony 18-135mm SAM that I used for the original, as it shows a bit of C.A.,but it's a real bargain from Ebay.

Nice! Notice how dragonflies like to pick a favorite place to land and continually return to that spot. Looks like this one is into that.
