Terrific pic! Nothing subtle about the desert. Hidden, sure, but not subtle. I spend a lot of time in the Mojave and the smell of oncoming rain is a treasure. Let 'er rip!

WOW....that is Awesome looking . Concentrated for sure. Desert storms are fierce at times and beautiful to watch.

Lots of opportunities in AZ for images like this one. This is one of the best I have seen, though. I have several not as good that we made when my wife's parets lived in AZ. Thanks for sharing.

That’s a great capture!! I understand Mother Nature has unleashed a record amount of moisture this season. Sure was dry this past winter in Green Valley.

Loc: I am from Gaffney, S.C. but live in Utah.
That's a beautiful shot across the desert. I wish we could get a little of that rain up here in Utah. Actually we did get some rain last week. As I was driving up and down the freeway I would run into areas where it was drizzling.
