SR cameras, would be the mount? would i need an adapter 2 use on my A77?

With a simple, low cost adapter this fully manual (the old fashioned way) lens will work on your current SONY. There will be no electrical contacts. I use several MD lenses on my SONY a6300, they work just like they did 50 years ago.

I will fit just about any mirrorless camera with the right adapter.

Yes, you need an adapter on an A77. They are only a few bucks, however it will be manual focus only.
