The DOJ has determined that Federal Law does not prohibit employers from requiring proof of vaccination for continued or new employment. The VA is the first Federal Department to require vaccinations for all of their employees.
The DOJ ruling will allow more businesses across the country to follow the VA lead!
Don't be surprised if you're banned from entering a Federal Government Building in the near future unless you can prove that you're fully vaccinated.
LOL, The DOJ enforces the Laws, it doesn't make them or interpret them. This will end up going to the courts, and it's not like the DOJ hasn't lost more than a few of their arguments there.
I've read in reports that, yes, even the vaccinated individuals can catch the Chinese killer virus, including its variants, and pass it on. As best I can tell, however, this outcome happens relatively rarely, and even so, the individual will experience at most a mild reaction to the virus owing to previous vaccination giving some immunity.
Further, I've found that statements or information about the virus require a qualification or a context to impart a rounded view.
I offer the caution that the news media typists produce their stories regarding the virus with a note of alarmism. Then others spread this distorting sense of things. A general hysteria results, which in turn the news media typists duly report, fomenting and fostering more hysteria. Managing editors encourage or permit by inaction this approach because it generates interest and and profit for the news outlet. Etc.

Um, you do know that you can still catch Covid, and more importantly, you can still spread it despite your getting the shot, right?

My Covid information comes from my personal experience of having Covid last year, my personal Doctor, as well as my kids, who are both MD's, one of them a front line Emergency room doctor.

If you paid more attention you’d see this goes beyond trump.

How often has a former Federal Judge headed up the DOJ when they lost those cases?

Obama wasn’t an idiot. Bill Clinton was highly intelligent though I didn’t care for his politics.
Wrong as usual krak.

Are you kidding me, I have heard you say disparaging remarks about both of them.

Indeed I have. However disagreeing with their politics doesn’t mean I think they’re stupid. Do you really need that explained?

Yes, could you please elaborate?
At least i have a very good chance of surviving the covid if I do get it. At least I have a very good chance of being alive to cash in on the compensation than those that refuse the shots.
