Egg, ham and cheese wrapped in a freshly made crepe. You can have mushrooms, but no mushrooms are allowed in my house. Good to eat and fun to watch the people make them. They also have a sweet one with bananas and Nutella. They do quite a business, there is always a line and all the crepe stations are going. They are from my farmer's market.
Interesting! Quite a gadget! Thanks for sharing.

I love crepes for breakfast, deserts and wrappers for manicotti
Thx for the post

Amazing, love crepes any time any day. That is my breakfast and dinner when we travel to Colombia to see my wife family.
Crepes and Waffles the best place.
Looks great!
By the way try next time with smoke pork belly and spicy aioli.

Very interesting Jill, never thought of making crepes with those fillings, usually make omelettes. Will give it a go.
