Wonderful. New Orleans is located on a migratory path for hummingbirds; however, I have no success capturing and freezing the wings of those amazing creatures.

cropping to eliminate the off white spots in the lower left would remove the distractions and really improve your image.

Thanks for the advice, I will work on this more and do now think with less in the shot, it would bring out more...

I work in aperture mode and up the shutter speed when needed, sometimes I get lucky...

Thank You, we have a red tailed hawk that lives in the woods behind us that is flying over our house all the time, hate to see what it is doing to the other wild birds in the area.... we try to scare him off without harming the other birds
