Fiddling with the product on the bench might help with making sure the buttons are reachable while holding a camera by its grip ... stuff like that.
Here’s an example of a UI issue that never occurs to these designers. Push the MF magnifier button and fine focus your image. Now touch the shutter release to make the exposure. Does the magnifier turn off so you can check final framing ? Or must you press a button again to restore the full view ? Can you elect either protocol via menu choice, or must you forever lock in your preferred protocol by choosing Sony vs Nikon ?
That was just one example. Another is the BBF set up arrangement on Olympus cameras. No other maker fuggzittup like Olympus (terrific cameras otherwise).
