That link gave me Joni Mitchell.

Don't the Marsalis brothers play trumpets?

Thanks for catching that, Jerry! I don't believe so. Bradford played sax and Wynton played trumpet. I don't know about the other two brothers. Even if they did, they did not achieve the level of notoriety of the Candoli brothers.

I corrected the link.

As usual another excellent link to some mighty fine music.
By the way Mark, even though your original post was incorrect I think that Joni is much better to look at then the two brothers.😁😁

Nope Mark, just with these old worn out ears, but one must have something else to do while listening to your great music postings.
Stay safe and keep em coming. 👍👍

I wore out my 78 Harry James' recordings of "Concerto for Trumpet" & "Flight of the Bumble". He, Bix Beiderbecke and Bunny Berigan were my first jazz trumpet recordings I attempted to imitate. That began my attraction to jazz/music. It has not stopped.

Great post, Mark. The link resulted in my watching a couple of Pete’s performances. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks Mark, haven’t heard them in a long time. Re the other two Marsalis Brothers: Jason is a drummer and Delfaeyo (sp?) plays trombone.
