Thank you for this information. Our planned trip to Poland was cancelled last year because of COVID. Hopefully in 2022 we will make it there. Your information will be useful.

Nice photographs, just curious though; how is it that #4 is a zoomed in duplicate of #1?

I like the perspective in #2 and the buildings in #9. And wow, that yellow church! Those walls are bright! It looks like a nice city to visit and especially enjoy the market. Great buildings.

Thanks Vince, glad to hear that you like the architecture in Poznan, we will be seeing plenty more over the coming days, it was an extremely interesting place with an extraordinary amount of detail on the buildings.

Thank you Fstop12 for looking in again on the travelogue. Yes, Covid sure laid havoc to many travel plans last year as well as this year, I sure hope that by next year we can travel relatively safely again - time is slipping away for us old guys! Again, thanks for looking.

Thank you BurghByrd for dropping in on the tour again, glad you liked the photographs. Zooming in to show more details of a scene is a technique I frequently use when I want to emphasize certain details, or render a different usage to a similar photo - and I believe this is a technique also used by other photographers. In this particular case, I used the empty space in the first photo to include my customary introductory text on the title shot at the start of a new segment. This text inclusion will often "depreciate" the enjoyment of the underlying picture, so I used a slightly different version of this picture as a stand alone for better enjoyment. Does that make sense to you?

Thanks Ellen. The building in #2 was actually sort of a unsightly building off the main square, compared to the much more beautiful structures and decorations of the buildings on the square. But I found it interesting in its own ways and decided to include it in the step-up to the square. There are many decorated buildings in this city with plenty of intricate details that we are going to look at over the next few sets. Some of them are also extremely colorful, which always makes my heart jump into a faster rhythm and activates my trigger finger! So I hope you are going to enjoy these buildings and details in the coming sets.
