Are you planning to use all at the same time?
Would the Think Tank and a smaller bag work? I use a Domke JO1 or a PH 2, just a thought.

Eliminating lenses is a good solution. I got the 14-150 with my E-M1ii but wanted something wider at the low end. I bought a used 12-40 which I enjoyed. Looking through the focal lengths I shot at, there was little between 100-150, so the 14-150 was not needed. I sold the 12-40 and 14-150 and bought the 12-100. I shoot most of the time with this lens. You have the 75-300 so you have the 100+ covered.

I just received the 14-150. I took it on what I called a history tour with my grandchild. Vintage train event at the Union Depot in St.Paul, Native American mounds in Mounds Park, Cemetery with his great, great-great grandparents plots, and several beautiful homes his Swedish ancestor built in the early 20th century. He excitedly asked to know more about his family while at the cemetery. Great attitude for an 11 year old.

The 14-150 did everything I wanted to do very well. It seems to fit my needs along with the 7-14. I can sell the 12-40 and give away the 40-150. Bonus- I won't need a larger camera bag, with which I didn't want to go without.

Thanks to all who offered advice.
