Several Peacocks were busy showing off their beautiful colors. They can be very loud (photo #2 shows his mouth wide-open as he shouts out.

The old Del Monte Hotel (part of the Naval Postgraduate School) in Monterey CA had rooms arranged around a beautiful courtyard. Complete with strolling peacocks. They would sound off at all hours of the very early morning. And people think roosters are annoying.
