South of Las Vegas about 150 miles. It is the lake that feeds California and Arizona water from the Colorado River. Upstream is Mohave Lake, Lake Meade and Lake Powell. All the lakes upstream would have to get dangerously low before they would drop the level of Lake Havasu. I've never seen the level change more than a foot or two.

That's directly across the lake, but with a casino. You ride a ferry across to gamble. I believe it's tribal lands.
