Years ago, I took a similar shot down south, but in the background was a street sign. The name of the street? "Prosperity Drive".

Impactful subject, well captured... can you get the double-wide and the couch in the yard in the next one? (That's called Irony, too!)

How do you tell a family is wealthy in the deep south? They have 2 cars up on blocks in the front yard.

Please, it's just a joke and not meant maliciously.

No, but there was an old crop duster without a propeller under a collapsed shed. Just could not get on the property to take photo.

As you well know, Poverty Point is a National Historic Monument and a World Heritage Site and is considered one of North America's most important archaelogical sites. I am curious how far you were from that landmark when you made your image, which I happened to really like. Also have you spent much time at the monument? I am wondering if there are a lot of opportunities for interesting photographs. Thank you.

First time to the site. Very interesting (my retired wife was a history teacher). Would have stayed longer and hiked the trails, but my hip was acting up. The truck was about 6 miles south of the site, between Epps and Delhi, La.
