Nice monochrome interpretations which allow you to appreciate the forms absent the diversion that color often adds. Clever subject title too as color is absent at night.

Thank you, Frank. You're the first person to specifically mention the first shot. I really like it too. It isn't really B&W but more like taupe and white and gives the rose a very mellow feel.

Thank you, Val. That started life as a yellow rose but I think the monochrome suits it well.

Thank you very much. I never used to care much for B&W and particularly with flowers. Since I've discovered that there can be a lot of variation in the B&W processing, I'm really beginning to like it.
