We should all know by now “guilty by accusation” is hogwash and has become a fake media tool of choice.
The only one who has to prove anything is a prosecutor asking a jury to convict a criminal. And the prosecutor needs all twelve jurors to agree on the evidence. No one has to disprove unsubstantiated accusations.
Alas, today’s media folk aren’t bright enough to grasp that.
