The size of your image is 1152 x 864. My display is 1920 x 1080. The first click on Download expands the image to the maximum that can be displayed with no clipping. (I say that from observation, not from a technical knowledge of UHH). The image at full resolution was still smaller than my display, thus there was no DDL. A screen print shows black above and below the image confirming that it had reached full resolution which was less than the screen size.

I must be having a Markngolf double DUH moment. Without a single chang in ANY setttings on my computer, or any change in photo formatting, my DDL is suddenly working. I say double DUH, for if a change was made anywhere, it was unknown to me. I am completely puzzled by all this. Will continue to monitor.

Tks to all who contributed to my attempts to resolve this issue.

It's obviously how you hold your mouth while posting that changes things. Think about your expression the next time it succeeds, and repeat that. 😉😜

Anyway, it's a very pleasant street portrait.

No change in your computer settings and no change in photo formatting so what changed --- your photo size changed. If it is less than the size of your display there is no DDL. If it is more than the size of your display in either direction then there will be a DDL. Do you know what size (pixel dimensions) your display is? Go back and look at the size of the pictures where the DDL "didn't work." I think you'll find that in every case both dimensions of your picture size are smaller than your display dimensions.
