I am interested in finding online direct support for managing LR and how to export photos to another site with a better ability to display photos/slideshows. I have used LR for a long time and feel fairly comfortable with editing and creating collections. But I need to TALK to someone for help with the other issues. I'm envisioning something where I can maybe even have someone look at my LR remotely and walk me through things while I watch. I use a Dell Inspiron 15 7000. I have asked fellow photographers I know and it hasn't been very helpful. Thank you for your suggestions in advance.

Open a chat directly with Adobe Support.
The Adobe Support Community, accessible through the Creative Cloud app, is also a good resource.
Are you using Lightroom, the cloud-centric version, or Lightroom CLASSIC, the professional desktop tool?

Have you looked at the other apps that come with the Adobe subscription, assuming you use that? Spark in particular is a good app to share videos and slideshows via an email link; the project resides on the Adobe site so it does not matter how large it is. Just a thought. The apps will be on your Adobe dashboard.
I will talk to you. Send me your phone number. If it works, nothing lossed. If it doesn't, well......nothing lost.

If he likes & you know how to do it , should be able to share the screen, Y/N?
You could look up Laura Shoe &The Lightroom Queen.
I'm not an expert, but if you present one problem here, I'm sure people will be able to offer step by step solutions.

Adobe Connect is an easy, free way to do this. (Free up to 3 people, then $)
The Lightroom Eco system gives you many ways to share your work as part of your subscription. You can create your own free website through Adobe. Adobe provides all of the templates so up loading them to the site is seamless. I haven't done so yet but I am sure you can put a slide show there as well. I just watched a web class this evening where I learned that Smug Mug also works seamlessly with Lightroom. You can also share your photos through online lightroom without using up your 20gb of storage as long as you upload them from LRC from you collection. Adobe cloud offers a lot of tutorials on how to set things up, or you can search YouTube.
As a security matter, only allow someone that you know well to share your computer remotely. Good luck.
