Not a very exciting up-date I'm afraid as the restoration is a long term thing and obvious progress is not always easy to see.
This is how we generate some of our funds for the restoration...this is a tour group, some from OS and some from interstate..

Good to see you guys putting weight behind this project. We did one in WA some years back (Duyfken - "Little Dove" - first European ship to reach Australia) but the WA Government pulled the funding and now the ship is in the Maritime Museum in Sydney. I wasn't around in the Sixteenth Century to photograph Duyfken, but here's the illustration I've done for my next book. (Sorry, seem to have attached the attachment a few times - not very good at this hi-tech stuff!)
Ron, I have to take exception with your comment. This is an exciting update. Yes, the progress is slow and tedious but it is still going on and your photos document it for posterity. I really enjoyed the documents you provided as well. Very interesting reading.
At least it is a continuing process, Ron and not cancelled by Covid.

We are getting a lot more visitors now that the local council has put up some signs...
