I made these yesterday for a healthy snack. I thought I would try a picture with my macro lens that I don't use very often.

Are these similar to, but way better than, I am sure, the oat cakes we can buy in the stores here in the US? I never thought of making them in our kitchen here in our apartment. This might make us explore the idea. --Richard

These are fairly low calorie, too. I can taste them with my Polaner sugar free strawberry preserves! Num, num

Nice shot of a treat new to me.

Thank you for your comments. I am in the US, but have never bought them in a store. I can PM you the recipe if you want. I think our host here would prefer that rather than posting a link to the recipe.

In my opening statement , I recommended links for published recipes - there was no negative response from Admin. Feel free to give it a try and blame me if there is an issue!

Nice shot, the oat cakes sound interesting. I've never had them, I'll have to give it a go.

Thank you, I appreciate your comments and interest. I hope you give them a try.

Here is the recipe. The measurements use Metric weights. I did convert them to American system and used cups but they did not turn out as well.
