She is from one of the Scandinavian countries
Blue eyes and dark roots/eyebrows do not really tell ancestry. She is Scandinavian. But, I am far from an expert on this subject. (She could be from England or the USA. Her genetics talks about the inheritance but not the country of original birth.)
Speaking from my family experience, you can't really get much more than general in her genetics. Scandinavian is a given. As a Finn/Swede/Norwegian/Dutch/German, but mostly Finn, she qualified for the answer to the question that was probably not asked of her.
I've met many Scandinavians and few Finns in my lifetime. I'm far from an expert on this subject. But, my grandfather was born of a Finn mother and Finn-German-Swede-Norwegian-Dutch-Danish seafaring father. His son, my grandfather, looks exactly like me. My grandfather died and was buried as a blue eyed blonde. The genes, it's all in the genes.

It may all be in the genes, but..... reading the OP's answer sure helps.

Is she Australian because that is where she grew up and developed the Aussie accent... but is of Scandinavian descent??? Perhaps LAS can ask her for more particulars.

I can't ask. Not in touch with her... I do believe she was born in Australia.
