Photoshop Elements 12 Organizer. The thumbnail view when opening Organizer.
It shows with each thumbnail file info, date & time, star rating. I would like to tag it somehow so I can quickly see the tag without opening each pic.

Sorry, dunno.

I use Windows Explorer and I can see tags & comments without opening the thumbnail image.

I can too, but just want to add a code letter or number to indicate something to me without opening each photo.

Have you considered adding a code letter/number to the filename.

I don't use the PSE organizer, but is a 'keyword' an option to this request? Or a color code?

I'll try a couple of things. I think it would have to be something added to date/time or filename. Keywords don't show up under thumbnails.

Thx, Don

Not positive, but I believe the metadata date fields can only be real, complete dates.
I tried only entering only the month and year, it would not take it using Win 7.

I was mistaken. Keyword DOES appear.
