To suppress voting by passing laws that make it more difficult or inconvenient to vote which adversely effects disadvantaged and older voters more than others is a crime against Democracy.
Such laws do not eliminate voter fraud—they eliminate voters.

It was always easy to vote. If you coulkdn't get to a polling place- ASK (it was not sent if you didn't ask for it) for a absentee balot. Thats the way it was before Covid. Very few had problems with it. All we have to do is go back to before covid. End of Problem. But now. Racism Racism Racism. There was no screaming RACISM when Obama was elected. The only racusts were some blacks who voted for Obama for no other reason than his color (the definition of racism)

Explain your thinking please. I see nothing in these laws that would "eliminate voters". Or are you just buying into the democrat politicians brainwashing? Convince me.

The "walking" was what triggered me. I have to believe you have no idea the distances that can be involved. Nothing against England, you just seem to be wandering into territory you have little to no knowledge of. Why should one have to suffer in order to vote?
There was no intent to suggest that as a Briton you aren't welcome to post here or comment on our problems.

If there are any negative effects don't you understand that all voters, regardless of party affiliation, will be affected?

If you remove a ballot drop box or polling place, you effect those it served much more than anyone else. Are you under the impression that which way a certain area votes is an unknown.

You don't believe there were white people who voted against him for exactly the same reason?
I looked up racism and I found nothing about black people who voted for Obama just because he was black. If that were the definition of racism, as you stated, don't you think I would have?

Way too many. Trying to be politically correct is infecting our nation and will be it's downfall if we don't correct it.

Stay on topic and quit deflecting to personal attack as you libs do when destroyed with the truth.

True enough! Everyone should note the “100% verification” only seems to apply when the dumb-o-craps are on the RECEIVING end, and might actually be ‘negatively’ affected by the vote . . . not when some (any) conservative might be running.

I do not see what is wrong with:
A. REQUIRING a state-issued photographic identification with address-verification. (If the Dims spent even a quarter of the time they devote to complaining about “restriction(s)” to getting identification-documents out to people, everybody could have a valid Photo-ID).
B. VERIFYING mail-in ballots by signature or other means (e-signature), and giving an alternative or secondary method for absolute verification. (See “State of Colorado mail-in ballot verification procedures”, for example).
C. ELIMINATING any “hand-outs” or such, promoted by ANY political affiliation or group at or near a polling location. (Now, if some enterprising group wanted to set up a water-stop a block or so away from the polling location, that would work . . .).
D. EXPANDING (not Restricting) polling locations. In the interests of honesty and fairness, everyone should have an equal opportunity to vote—isn’t that the whole principle behind a representative democracy anyway? (Oh, I know—its actually a Republic, and its a Constitutional Democracy, and with Elected Representatives, and . . .).
