I took these yesterday after some heavy rainstorms, at Freeman’s Mill Park, Lawrenceville, Georgia. This was the strongest water flow I have ever seen at this location.

I used different apertures to change the shutter speeds to create both silky and more natural looking water. I used a circular polarizing filter.

Tamron 10-24 on a Nikon D7500.

As I live in Snellville, this set of photos now has given me a new place to shoot! Very nice shots and thank you for sharing them!

Thank you! Yes, this little park is definitely worth a visit...short walk to the falls plus a grist mill.

Dean, your downloads are great! I don’t normally care for smoothed water but in this case, number one is my overall favorite. I love the composition. The shot is sharp-foreground to background! It give me the feeling of just discovering the falls, like a first glimpse.
