Probably should put a screwdriver thru the hole in the handle, so the wrench can't eject on the highway. Maybe secure it with duct tape.

Actually it looks like a left-handed adjustable hammer, I have a similar tool except it's a right-handed version!

Sure looks like it! Did you get the electric version? I did and mine worked like a charm until I lost the power cord. I can't find a replacement so now it just sits unused.
