You might update your sales title and say "Sony RX10 IV" rather than the section title ... Just use the <edit title> option in the upper left of this page.

If you meant this post being updated, I don't see an update to the title, nor the price being added to the original post. You can update the title with the button <Edit Title> found above the first post. You can edit the post, adding the sales price, using the <Edit> button below the text box of the original post. And, you have to 'save' those revisions by pressing the <Update> button.
