I just took an Amtrak survey. It was the second time they sent it, so I figured I'd get it over with. At the end, they asked for personal information, like the year I was born. It had to be between 1940 - 2006! Imagine going through the survey and finding out that you were too old to be considered. I've never seen that before. Sometimes, a survey will ask questions right at the beginning to see if you're qualified.
How important to you is it that Amtrack get feedback? How much should they value your opinion REGARDLESS of age?
