I decided to get out my SLR as I had not used it for a very long time. I took the pictures of my garden Robin from the conservatory door as he had his lunch. Two of them are nesting and his mate sits on the fence sometimes waiting to be fed. Apart from removing 1 or 2 sensor spots they are soc.. Must now clean my sensor...

Thank you very much Bob, he is quite tame now and will sit on my hand to eat... Not at all bothered when Blue is in the garden and will often land on the ground near him...

It took about 15 days to get him on my hand and I have videos taken with my iPad of him on my hand feeding with the iPad on my elbow. They are a very sweet bird and will be there if you did the Arden looking for worms. I feed him live mealworms and one day he came into the conservatory to help himself.. They are very territorial and will see off any other robins the comes near. I have a nest box up and hope they will use it next year as they stay all year round. It will now be a case of feeding them all year round, more so in winter when they will need the food more...
