Day 298 Daily Challenge 10-24-2012 Fall Colors

I realize we just did fall glory about ten days ago but fall is such a beautiful time of year I think we will all have something worth sharing today.....
I hope everyone will have fun and share something taken within the last week at least....
Today doesn't have to be trees and leaves, anything that has the colors of fall in it will be great.
Yellow, orange, red and all it's shades and hues, even brown.... so find us something in a fall color and share, enjoy your day.

The curling icy flowers on my car window are pretty...I will melt them with my car heater...but elsewhere they will not be melted, they will paint and outline each struggling blade of grass, each dying leaf left on the trees. Tendrils of icy blooms....painting the morning with frosty art. Autumn is dying...broken...soon to be entombed by a layer of white snow with diamond crystals to remind us of the crowning colors of the Northern lights that will dance soon across the midnight skies, celebrating their freedom in swirls and pirouettes....wild freedom that the heat of summer holds in check and the spring burst of color drowns out...now is their time..aurora...magical dance of the ice angels...

I write a lot of poetry...actually prose. I have about 8 empty of books of poetry... I put this photo and the poem on my facebook today...temps are in the 20's...we have already had two snow falls... fall color here is a very very short space of time.....here is one I took a few weeks ago after the last snow

Very nice photos. I will take some photos tmarrow (10/24/2012) so I can post. Suppost to be real nice out so it will be a great time to do it before it gets real cold again.

Bucks - great photos, and it isn't fall all over the US right now either, that is why I said anything that is of a fall color is good for this challenge. More people get to play when you broaden the perimeters, right? I really like these.
