Here's a few more cars from the godan1 Collection.

2. Volvo 144 (had the same style/shape for several years)

3. 1959 Sadler-Meyer Special - hard to believe, but there's a modified Chevy V-8 under that long hood. I love the lines on this one, it reminds me of the D-Type Jaguar.

What a wonderful collection of images! These are the cars I grew up watching race. Like you, I love the lines of the Sadler Meyer Special. That Volvo looks a lot like Art Riley’s car - watched him race at Marlboro the day Jimmy Clark was killed at Hockenheim.
Great shots of beautiful automobiles.

Wow ....great photos and fantastic cars. I also had a PV-544 with the B18 engine but changed out the SU carbs for Webber's SD's and installed a set of headers for a real dual exhaust. It ran great and lasted for years as a daily driver...over 200k miles and then went to a 1975 164E as a replacement. My wife loved this car but I missed the 544. The Ginetta is one of my favorite vehicles of all times only second to the 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder. I can not figure out the unidentified car photo.
If any one knows the answer please post it....Thanks! David C.

The “mystery car” looks like a Lotus elite (especially the classic shaped Lotus front air intake), but I’m not aware that they ever made an Elite without a hardtop. Maybe a works “special”?
