I was at one of my favorite spots, the rockpile below Wilson Dam, Muscle Shoals, AL 03/22/21 and I spotted some Cedar Waxwings in a tree. Well after a minute or two one of them must have gotten thirsty and spied a hollowed-out root that held water at the base of the tree. Down he came, the rest followed and before I knew it I was covered up in Cedar Waxings not more than 10 or so feet from me. Well, let me tell ya, I got as nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs and the action was fast and furious for some seconds. This is the result. Enjoy!
