Some really good ideas here to experiment with. You have beautiful basics in this image, though. I would smooth out the makeup on her face though. It is too much when you look closely.

I agree, Play with that second kicker on the hair back side and high using a snoot. Otherwise you're off to a good start. I love the pose and the purity of it. Very pleasing to look at but not overly sexual - well done.

I'm not sure that what you are seeing is makeup. There are similar textures on other parts of her skin. I suspect this is a PP artifact.

I agree the shadow is a bit strong. The hands are well placed and posed. Hands are often overlooked in posing.

I like the lighting and pose. Maybe it's me but it does seem like there is a little softness and graininess.

Its a beautiful image - the lighting and background bring your eye first to her expectant face, then to her belly that the point here. The top could be cropped a bit, but that might adversely affect the relative location of the face and belly - they're great as they are now. I wouldn't play with the shadow in back - I don't think more detail there would add so much as detract from the principle subject. She's wearing a lot of makeup - its part of the gestalt of the subject - it seems to fit.
